Circular gear flow meters belong to high-precision instruments for measuring volumetric flow. Circular gear flow meters are composed of a group of components with identical set parameters, such as gears, bearings, shafts, electromagnetic sensors, amplifiers, etc. The working principle of a circular gear flowmeter is the principle of positive displacement. The flow of the medium causes the gear to rotate, resulting in high machining accuracy and precise installation of the flowmeter.
The rotation of gears is non-contact scanned, and each gear generates a pulse with relatively high resolution. Gear flow meters can measure very small flow rates and quantify small volume liquid media. Under the action of fluid flow, a pressure difference is formed between the inlet and outlet of the instrument. A pair of gears rotate continuously on the shaft, and the cavity between the gears is filled with liquid. The liquid is discharged as it rotates. By measuring the number of revolutions of the gears, the flow rate of liquid passing through the instrument can be determined.
The speed of the flow meter is monitored by a sensing coil installed outside the casing. When the flow meter blades cut the magnetic field lines generated by permanent magnets inside the casing, it will cause magnetic flux changes in the sensing coil. The sensing coil will send the detected magnetic flux periodic change signal to the preamplifier, amplify and shape the signal, and generate a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, Input the unit conversion and integrator circuit to obtain and display the flow value.
At the same time, the pulse signal is also fed into the frequency current conversion circuit, which converts the pulse signal into an analog current and displays the instantaneous flow value.
